* WHERE POSSIBLE, WE WILL SEND YOU ORDER WITH A SIGNATURE REQUIRED TO AVOID LOSS OR THEFT OF YOUR ORDER.. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED AND IT IS SHOWING “DELIVERED” SASSY MAMA LINGERIE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN GOODS.

Information: All orders are shipped via USPS (First Class, Priority, Overnight, International Priority)- you choose how fast you'd like to receive your order.

*After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

Standard Mail Delivery Times: 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER your has been placed, processed and an email has been sent to you with your tracking number. 

Priority Mail Delivery Times: 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER your has been placed, processed and an email has been sent to you with your tracking number. 

*ORDERS PLACED AFTER 2pm EST WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY

*ORDERS PLACED ON THE WEEKEND OR A PUBLIC HOLIDAY WILL BE PLACED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY

Discreet Packaging: 

We respect your right to privacy. Your business and what you do is your business and no one else! - 

Your order will be shipped to you in a plain satchel, or a USPS Priority Satchel with only the name you would like it shipped to and only these details from us: SHIPPING DEPARTMENT SML PO BOX number as a return address.

The word "Lingerie" will not appear on the satchel. Your discretion is completely respected here at Sassy Mama Lingerie..

Processing Times: 

We will endeavor to process your order within 1 Business Day from the time your order is placed. Trust Me- I want you to have your order NOW!!! Your order will then be shipped within 1-2 Business days (we do not ship on the weekends or during public holidays) after your order is placed & processed through.

Items from certain Designers and or Special Orders may be shipped directly from the designer can take 5-7 business days to arrive on your doorstep. Due to availability, demand, human error and sometimes "technology issues" there can be a slight- VERY SLIGHT- chance that the item or items you have chosen, may be out of stock. IF that happens, and the item is "out of stock" or on "back-order" from the designer, you will be notified immediately either via email or a call from Sassy Mama herself to ask if you would like to cancel that product, replace it with another item, or wait until it comes back in stock.

AGAIN.. WE WILL ADVISE YOU OF ANY DELAYS ASAP! Trust me, I try to move mountains for you if this occurs and will do everything in my power to make you happy- within reason of course. Please feel free to inquire about item availability by contacting us via live chat or info@sassymamalingerie.com

Lost or Stolen Packages: Domestic & International Shipments (within the USA) If the package shows delivered to the address you provided, but is missing- you asked the neighbors, you've checked around the house, the bushes etc.,  You must report the loss to us within 1 week of  when you were sent your tracking number. 3 weeks on international shipments.

**Once you have reported your lost package, you will need to launch an inquiry with USPS. Their law states that once your order is shipped, they will no longer discuss the parcel with us.

Please Note: Sassy Mama Lingerie  is not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
